Reset Your Password

For security and ease, you need to make sure your Google password and your Microsoft password are exactly the same.

We gave you a starting password, but you must change it to something personal and secure. Our systems don't link up, so you must reset your password on the Google page and the Microsoft page using the same new password for both. This means you only have one password to remember for everything.

How to reset your password:

1. Click the "Google Password" button first.

2. Choose your new, strong password.

3. Immediately click the "Microsoft Password" button.

4. Use the exact same new password you just set for your Google account.
