The firm represents clients nationwide in the acquisition, development, management, operation and sale across the full range of real estate asset classes. Our work has involved office buildings, office parks, shopping centers, residential buildings, hotels and resort properties, mixed-use complexes, industrial properties, warehouses, and retail facilities. We also represent clients in net and ground lease, sale-leaseback and lease-financing transactions.

  • Multi-phase acquisition of development parcels in New Jersey on behalf of a joint venture between a regional developer and a global hotel and resort owner/operator
  • Acquisition of an integrated property development and construction company, together with inventory of improved, in-construction and undeveloped sites in New York and Florida on behalf of a listed real estate company
  • $140 million sale of shopping centers located throughout the United States for a major insurance company
  • Acquisition of air rights for expansion of major publishing company’s New York headquarters building
  • Acquisition and financing of three blockfronts for development of 600 residential units and ancillary retail space in New York City for a New York-based developer
