Teachers will not let students who are listed as 'guest' into their meetings. Students must first sign-in with their Beaverton School District username and password and then will be recognizable and admitted from the waiting room or lobby.
Teachers will post information for getting to class meetings or help sessions (office hours) on the Canvas calendar or their Canvas course homepage.
If there is a chat area during the class meeting, we expect that students use this for learning. Students may ask questions of the teacher when directed. If a student is unable to use the chat in appropriate ways they may need to be removed from the meeting and discuss the behavior with the teacher after class.
Arrive to meetings a few minutes before the scheduled time with necessary supplies.

Use earbuds or headphones if they are helpful.
Be aware of your surroundings, do your best to choose a calm location that has a stable surface to set your device.
