About FiA Washington, NC:

All workouts are FREE, outdoors, and peer led. We meet in rain or shine, hot or cold – so dress for the weather and be prepared to enjoy the beauty of the gorgeous Washington waterfront!

All you need is a yoga mat/towel, water, and hand weights. Most of us keep these items in our cars so we’re always prepared. The Q (person leading the workout) will announce on Facebook and/or Slack (the app we use to communicate) what the Pax need to bring to the workout.

We are peer led and encourage everyone to lead a workout if they feel comfortable doing so; however, don’t let that scare you off because this group of ladies is the most supportive you’ll find. The more Qs we have, the more diverse our workouts are, and it also builds confidence and leadership skills among our group.

At the end of our workouts, we join in our “circle of trust” where we share, support, connect and encourage each other. FiA means fitness and fellowship rolled into one package.

All fitness levels and ages are welcome. We are open to all faiths and we respect all denominations. Help us grow – bring a friend and join us!

FiA – Positive Impacts!

Before the demands of the day pull us in different directions, FiAs start their day with a 45/60 minute workout. During this time, we experience a physical and personal growth that radiates through the rest of our day – enabling us to be better daughters, sisters, employees, spouses, friends, bosses and mothers.
