Sponsor Survey '24-'25Sponsors are full/part-time employees within their school districts, who want to make an additional contribution to the greater campus and community by participating as a sponsor of a Be A Leader Club. This form is to be updated twice an academic year or whenever a new/co-sponsor signs on. Sponsors: - Ensure that the active Be A Leader club follows campus guidelines according to the policies and procedures of the school District and High School campus. - Ensure that the active Be A Leader Club works towards its designated purpose and follows its constitution and by-laws. - Serve as a knowledgeable campus and community referral and resource for the active Be A Leader Club and its officers. ***EACH SPONSOR MUST COMPLETE A SPONSOR UPDATE FORM!
