This is my self portrait and something I want to say is that the background represents my fav colours and thats just me in the middle I like wearing those kind of clothes I have long har and I have brown hair and eyes I also like my hair down, an thats all for my self portrait and blurb.

THE WELLBEING OF STUDENTS


Now that schools have been canceled students are now forced to do online learning as it is the new way to keep on learning, but parents are complaining that their child is not completing their work, getting distracted easily and having a negative impact on their wellbeing. Their wellbeing is being affected as they are being less active and that can cause bone disorder, muscle tension and increased tiredness, by not being able to be active can cause many things that can impact your health. Same goes for students' eyesight which can resort to damaged eyesight and headaches. There are many ways in solving this problem like:


  • When you have spare time find a place in your home and do some exercises/yoga/stretches

  • A class period where your supposed to go on a walk and record yourself as proof you did it


As you can see there are a few ways to be active but i havent got them all because there's more than I can imagine , those 2 steps are recommended to be done for 30-60 minutes.


When exercising you may come across a sore body exercising which to me means that you've been exercising for a reasonable amount of time but you are alright.


Looking closely at my family they don't feel like doing zooms and learning, but sitting in their seats is all they did but after online learning was finished they would play tennis and basketball like it was a piece of cake.
