Google Voice: Allows you to create a special phone number to just use with families. This will keep your cell number private. You will need to use a PERSONAL Google account to create this. Check out the video for more setup details. You can setup on your computer or on your phone.

Checking Classroom Voice Mail from Home

The following instructions are for accessing Voicemail from the outside:


  • First, dial 360.757.3399 to access the voicemail system.

  • Enter an asterix and then the box number of your Voicemail box:

    • Example = *2679 (use your box number here)

  • Then, enter the passcode for your voicemail box: ****

TEMPORARY BLOCK-PHONE OPTION: *67

Block your Cell Number:

To block your number from being displayed temporarily for a specific call:

  • Enter *67.

  • Enter the number you wish to call (including area code).

  • Tap Call. The words "Private," "Anonymous," or some other indicator will appear on the recipient's phone instead of your mobile number.

NOTE: Families might not answer your call as it looks like a SPAM call. If families do not answer, you can leave a message explaining this call is coming from you and then let them know when you try and call back.
