1979 TANZER 22 FIXED KEEL SAILBOAT:

Looking for someone to take over our beloved Freddie as we moved up to a larger boat.

Many upgrades and restorations made. Solid reliable sailboat. Perfect weekender for both fast sailing or light cruising. Fast and points windward very nicely. Large cockpit perfect for day sailing with guests.

1979 Tanzer 22 Fixed Keel Sailboat:

·     Aft mounted boarding ladder

·     3.42’ Draft

·     Easy to single hand with lines leading to cockpit

·     Honda 8 hp, 4 stroke outboard motor with stand. New impeller (2021). Tuned twice. New throttle tension control. Both main and foot oils changed each season.

·     Currently being inspected and serviced for a small oil drip

·     Sails in good condition; main, amazing Genoa 155, and spinnaker

·     Excellent roller-furler system for managing foresail easily and quickly - very useful when you may want to power up or down with the large Genoa

·     Standard VHF/FM radio

·     Dual axle trailer (currently being made road worthy)

·     All exterior wood trim has been refinished, including beautiful tiller.

·     Custom made stand to hold mast during off season

·     Very clean
