PHLEBOTOMY

Prepare for a rewarding career in healthcare by learning the essential skills needed to become an entry-level phlebotomy technician. 

This comprehensive 120-hour course provides hands-on training in venipuncture and capillary blood collection, specimen handling and processing, infection control, patient communication, medical terminology, anatomy and physiology, laboratory safety, and professionalism. Students will develop the knowledge and clinical skills necessary to perform blood collection procedures safely and confidently in a variety of healthcare settings. 

This course is designed to prepare students for a national certification examination through the American Society of Phlebotomy Technicians (ASPT). Clinical requirements and eligibility for certification will be discussed during the course. 

Effective communication skills are recommended.

**Each course requires a $15 Registration fee.  Payment by credit/debit card will be charged a processing fee of 3% by the credit card company.  There are options to pay by cash or check when you register.
