Mrs. Bullock~
Mrs. Bullock has been in education for 23 years. For 8 years she was a 6th grade ELA teacher at Shallotte Middle School, but in 2023 she fulfilled her life-long dream of becoming the librarian! She is excited to help students find books they will love. Mrs. Bullock enjoys traveling with her family, lifting weights, and recently has added surfing to her hobbies! But most of all she loves to read on Ocean Isle Beach on a warm sunny day.

At the heart of our school, the Shallotte Middle School Media Center is a safe and inclusive space where students and staff are welcomed, supported, and inspired to explore, create, and grow a lifelong love of reading and learning.
Mission: Shallotte Middle School Media Center strives to ensure equitable access to a wide range of resources and services, encouraging students to be more creative, apply critical thinking, enjoy lifelong learning, and develop a love for reading.
