Meet Your Teachers

Greetings, 

     My name is Mrs. Veronica Roberts and I am a 6th grade Special Education Teacher. I have been in the special education field for 22 years.  I have a rather big family (8 children, husband but no pets) and understand the importance of family. Outside of school/work,  I enjoy chilling with my family, going to the movies, watching all sorts of mystery and investigative shows and being a natural social worker helping others.  

I am committed to creating a respectful and safe space for our children which focuses on a balanced environment that meets the needs of all learners.

Hello, My name is Ms. Barton, my family and I are relocating from the mountains of NC. 

I have 2 sons, my oldest passed away late December last year… 2 step children and 2 adopted children… I have 2 fur babies, Harley and Yeti both are Pugs. 

I also have 2 beautiful grandchildren Carsyn 9 and Chandler 7.

My family loves to travel (cruising is our favorite)and ride UTV's. 

My favorite things are water, sugar free candy, and pretzels.

I am truly looking forward to working with your children this school year.
