Dear Starfish Families,
It is both an honor and a privilege to welcome you to the 2025–2026 school year at Supply Elementary School—an exceptional place where learning is joyful, growth is celebrated, and every child is known and valued. I am proud to serve as the principal of this high-achieving school community, where students, staff, and families work together in support of academic excellence and personal development.
Whether you are returning for another exciting year or joining us for the first time—relocating from within Brunswick County or from another city, state, or country—we are delighted to have you as part of the Starfish Family. Supply Elementary is a warm, inclusive environment where every child is encouraged to shine.
A bit about me: I was raised in Duplin County and completed both my undergraduate and graduate studies at the University of North Carolina Wilmington. (Go Seahawks!) Outside of school, I enjoy spending time with my husband of 23 years and our 16-year-old son, especially when we're outdoors—fishing, boating, or relaxing at the beach. With over two decades of experience in education as a teacher, assistant principal, and principal, I remain deeply committed to ensuring every child receives a high-quality education in a safe and nurturing environment.
As we begin this new school year, I am energized by the promise it holds and the partnerships we will continue to build. The success of our Starfish Scholars is made possible through strong collaboration between home and school. I invite and encourage you to get involvedwhether through our Parent-Teacher Association (PTA), School Improvement Team, Parent Advisory Council, or by volunteering in the classroom or at school events. Your support and engagement make a meaningful difference.
Thank you for your continued trust, involvement, and commitment to making Supply Elementary School the extraordinary learning community it is.
