We are so excited to kick off the 2026–2027 school year with our incredible students, families, and staff! Whether you’re a returning Bolivia Bear or new to our school family, we’re thrilled to have you with us.
At Bolivia Elementary, we believe in BIG expectations and we KNOW we will see amazing results. Our team is dedicated to creating a safe, supportive, and engaging environment where every child can grow—academically, socially, and emotionally.
This handbook is a helpful guide to our school’s policies, procedures, and expectations. We encourage you to review it together and keep it handy throughout the year.
Family partnership is essential to student success, and we invite you to stay connected—join us at events, keep in touch with your child’s teacher, and take an active role in their learning journey.
We’re looking forward to a year filled with learning, joy, and community. Please don’t hesitate to reach out if you have any questions or need support—we’re here for you!

#BigExpectationsAmazingResults
Prior to joining the incredible team at Bolivia Elementary, I served as an Assistant Principal at Leland Middle School and spent nine wonderful years teaching 2nd, 3rd, and 4th grade at Lincoln Elementary. I’m proud to be a double Seahawk—earning both my undergraduate degree and my master’s in School Administration from the University of North Carolina Wilmington (Go Seahawks!).
My husband and I feel lucky to call coastal North Carolina home, where we’re kept on our toes by our three wild golden retrievers. We love spending time at the beach and escaping to the Caribbean whenever we get the chance!
I believe that education is a team effort—one that thrives when students, teachers, families, and the community work together. My goal is to build strong, meaningful relationships with each of you to ensure every child at Bolivia receives the best education possible.
I’m committed to keeping the lines of communication open and welcome your ideas, feedback, and involvement in all things Bolivia. Please don’t hesitate to reach out with questions, concerns, or just to say hello—my door is always open!
