Hello and welcome to ELA in 6th grade! My name is Laura Hottel and I’ll be your ELA teacher this year. I’m so excited to get started, but first, here’s a little about me.

I grew up in a small mountain town in Virginia. After living in Germany for a few years, I moved to Fayetteville, NC. Just recently, my husband and I came to Supply.  We are so excited to be here!

I have many years of experience in both elementary and middle school. Sixth grade is an exciting year! We will have a wonderful time together!

Outside of school, I enjoy the outdoors, traveling, and spending time with my family and pets. I can't wait to learn more about you as we venture through your first year of middle school together!
