Graduate of High Point University - Class of 2007 - BA Biology with NC Teaching Licensure.  I was BCS High School Teacher of the Year in 2015. I obtained my National Board Certification in 2017 and was awarded NABT Outstanding Biology Teacher of the Year for NC in 2024.

I teach all levels of Biology here at South Brunswick High School, including Advanced Placement.

I am currently serving at the Beginning Teacher Coordinator, working with our new teachers to help them be even more successful.  I also serve as the SBHS Science Department Chair and MTSS Coordinator.
