I've been teaching for 11 years, going on my 12 year. I've been in Brunswick County for 9 of those years. I have taught Exceptional Children, 3rd grade, 4th grade, 6th grade, and now 2nd Grade. I have taught all four subjects: reading, math, science, and social studies. I have my Bachelors of Science in Education, BSED, from Western Carolina University, with a concentration in Math, and I am licensed to teach K-6 General Education, and K-12 Exceptional Children. I also know a little sign language. 

I've been living in Ocean Isle Beach with my Partner and our 4 dogs since 2017. We've been married for 4 years. I love the beach, the breeze, boating, and just simply being in and around the water. I enjoy kayaking, taking our dogs on walks, and I absolutely love to travel.
