Run to support W.D. Williams students and programs

We are excited to host the third annual run of the War Pony 5K at Carrier Park in Asheville, NC. Runners will run on paved and dirt paths around Carrier Park and the Hominy Creek Trail. The course runs along predominately flat trails that parallel the French Broad River.

The race is made possible through the coordination of W.D. Williams Elementary School, W.D. Williams Elementary School PTO, the W.D. Williams Fit Girls running club, and community volunteers and sponsors.

All proceeds raised from the War Pony 5K will go directly to programs that benefit the students of WD Williams Elementary School in Swannanoa, North Carolina.
