Zscaler Login from Home

When students attempt to access internet content from home, they are hit with the prompt you see in the image below. They must enter their Zscaler/Microsoft/Adobe credentials, which are:

User Name: StudentID#@k12bcs.net

Password: IAM password

Students often mistakenly enter their email address, which will not work. Notice it's just their student ID number (no letters) with the @k12bcs.net added to it.
