The awesome BCS Technology Department has some virtual tools to help you:

To get equipment repaired or replaced, submit a Tech Ticket. To get something fixed in your room, submit a Work Order Ticket. 

The BCS Technology Department also has Tech Help chat for students and families found on the BCS Virtual Days website. This new chat system is their recommended way to get a quick response.
