Mrs. Murray- AIG Specialist- WBES and Pisgah Elementary

Hello! I am the AIG (Academically and Intellectually Gifted) Specialist for West Buncombe Elementary and Pisgah Elementary. I am originally from Wilkesboro, North Carolina and moved to Asheville for school. I attended UNC-Asheville where I received my B.A. in Psychology with my K-6 Licensure. Before becoming an AIG Specialist in 2021, I taught 4th grade for seven years in Western NC.

I love working with our young learners and helping them enhance their creative thinking and problem solving skills.
