Mrs. Gunter's 3rd Grade

Hi! I'm Mrs. Gunter and I am so excited to have your child in my class this year! I was raised in Mars Hill, NC and graduated from Mars Hill University in 2022. I am currently in the process of earning my Masters Degree in Teaching. I am so excited to be part of the Blackhawk community! In my free time, I enjoy reading, cooking, and traveling with my husband (especially to the beach!). 

 I have always loved working with kids and I love being in the classroom and building relationships with my students and families. I strive to make my classroom a welcoming and calm environment so that we can all reach our full potential each day.

 My classroom is filled with lots of learning, but it's also full of lots of love and laughter. It's said often, but it is so true, children really are our future and I love being able to grow their brains and love for learning.  We are going to have a great year in 3rd grade!
