Lily Dancy-Jones

I am originally from Raleigh, NC. I moved to Asheville to attend UNCA and began teaching at Erwin in 2012. I teach Biology, Honors Biology, and AP Environmental Science. Along with Mrs. Banks, I maintain Erwin's Pollinator Gardens. I am a certified North Carolina Environmental Educator and National Board Certified Teacher.

Biology is an EOC subject and a requirement for graduation. We investigate all aspects of life, from biological molecules to the biosphere. Our course will be organized online using Google Classroom, but students will also need a composition book for notes and activities.

AP Environmental Science is a year-long course. We will cover all of the units in the College Board's AP Environmental Course Description at a college level. Our course will be organized on Google Classroom and students will need at 3 ring binder.
