Mrs. Jackie Deitz

Welcome to our classroom! My name is Jaclynn "Jackie" Deitz, and I've been teaching 10+ years. I graduated from Western Carolina University with a BA in Elementary Education, a minor in English Literature and Business. 

I'm not a native to Weaverville, but I did marry one! I grew up in Wake Forest, north of Raleigh. I originally didn't go to school to be a teacher, although I always wanted to be one. I'm a fifth generation teacher and I love what I do. I'm excited to be joining the team on "the Ridge"!
