Seniors! Keep Your Content!

After graduation, all senior accounts are purged. You will lose all files in your Google Drive.

The good news is, seniors can transfer Drive content to a personal Gmail account. Use Google Takeout to save whatever content you want! Visit your account page to get started. There's a tutorial to help.

If you don't have a personal Gmail, visit the Takeout site (using a personal computer).

Having Problems with Zoom?

Make sure you are using your student email account (k12bcs.org) to access your Zoom meetings. Always log in using IAM first.

You should also clear the browser's history, so it'll be clean of extra "junk" links. Use the animated gif to learn how to clear browsing history on Chrome.

If you can't access school email...

...it's because students are no longer able to log in from gmail.com. Students must log in using the IAM/NCEdCloud website. This video and this guide will help you!
