Dr. Alexander is an avid world traveler. Her favorite country to visit is Belize. She also enjoys Caribbean cruises.
About Dr. Alexander
After completing my undergraduate degree at UNC-Chapel Hill, I began teaching in Henderson County. After 12 years there, I joined the staff at Cane Creek. I still live in Henderson County with my two dogs.
I have a master's degree in training and development from NC State and a master's degree in special education from ECU. I also have a PhD in Special Education Leadership from University of the Cumberlands.
I am National Board Certified (2007);I am highly qualified in NC to teach social studies (6-12), math (6-9), language arts (6-9), science (6-9), and special education (K-12). I am also licensed to be a school administrator and an EC program administrator.
