From your Chromebook or any web browser please navigate to the link below:
Step 1
Type in your username@bcsdny.org to be brought to our branded login page
NOTE:
Do not use username@student.bcsdny.org
Step 2
Type in your username@bcsdny.org and district password to be brought to the virtual desktop
NOTE:
Do not use username@student.bcsdny.org
Step 3
Select your virtual desktop computer
Step 4
Your username will be filled in and you will need to type in your password to connect.
Important things to know:
In order to prevent losing any work, please log into Google Drive to access and save all important documents.
Please treat this experience like sitting in a computer lab:
Make sure you log off when done, if you simply close the window and don’t log off , the session will remain open essentially not allowing anyone else to use it.
An idle session will be logged out after some time, and you will lose your data if it is not saved in your google file stream.
These machines will be available after hours, but in a limited capacity.
