Hello,

I am your Family and Community Engagement (FACE) Liaison, Maria A. Marroquin. I am here to provide support to the parents and families of Dr. Juliet Thorner Elementary School through:

  • Providing important information including available resources for families.

  • Providing opportunities for parents and/or families to engage in educational sessions on topics such as Literacy, Social Emotional Learning, School Attendance, Mindfulness, and much more.

  • Facilitating community building through BCSD FACE events such as Parent University, Parent Cafe, Community Collaborative meetings, and much more.

  • Providing opportunities for parents and families to engage in parenting groups such as Parents as Leaders, English Learners Committee, African American Parent Advisory Committee, and Loving Solutions.

  • Providing Virtual communication through Calendars and Flyers to stay connected and involved in your child's school and district.

Soy su enlace de participación familiar y comunitaria (FACE), Maria A. Marroquin. Estoy aquí para brindar apoyo a los padres y familias de la Escuela Primaria Dr. Juliet Thorner a través de:
