In the upper left corner, write a name. Notice there are spots. Look for the Logo option to add an image an select a color scheme for the website.

If you are making a bunch of things the same, I would suggest making an outline with a lot of layouts to quickly fill in.
It works out well when you want to make that for students to fill in. All they would have to do is duplicate your site like "making a copy" of a doc/slide to fill in.
