HIGH SCHOOL EQUIVALENCY TESTING
Eligibility
Thinking about your education and earning your High School Equivalency Diploma (HSE)?
Earning your HSE is the first step in continuing your education in college or post-secondary training. It prepares you for career advancement.
All testers aged 18+, must pre-register (with a state-issued ID) and pre-pay for the test in person.
Students aged 16 and 17 must have a signed state of Indiana exit interview form from their previous high school or homeschool to register for the test.

Students enrolled in McDowell Adult Education classes may qualify for financial assistance.
TEST INFORMATION
TEST FEE: $144
RE-TEST FEE: $28.80 per section
Test takers must pre-register & pre-pay for the test in person at McDowell Education Center on Wednesdays from 9 am - 2 pm with Kimberly Stiles (stilesk@bcsc.k12.in.us).

Per state regulations, McDowell does not have previous year's records in-house.
