As a Human Resource Specialist, you will be responsible for recruiting, screening, interviewing, and placing individuals within an organization, while also engaging in various other human resources (HR) activities. This includes interpreting and explaining policies, procedures, laws, and regulations to employees, as well as handling the hiring process and associated paperwork. Your responsibilities would include staying updated on Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) and affirmative action guidelines, such as the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) and others. Additionally, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate employment records and addressing employee relations issues, including harassment allegations, work complaints, and other concerns raised by employees.
At the conclusion of this course, you will earn HRCI/Coursera badge and eligible for HRCI Associate Professional in Human Resources (aPHR) certification exam at a discounted price.

At the conclusion of this course, you will have access to Meta’s Blueprint exam Digital Marketing Associate Certification for free.

As a Bookkeeper, you'll manage a company’s financial accounts, ensuring they are accurate. You'll record what money comes into and flows out of a business, such as payments to and from customers and vendors. You'll use spreadsheets like Excel or tools like QuickBooks to help record and manage this information. Bookkeepers and accountants have similar roles. You'll also focus on administrative tasks, such as completing payroll and recording incoming and outgoing finances.
