Key Guidelines

1. Minimum of ONE, 25 minute observation per teacher

2. Classes observed must NOT be from teachers in your tripod group 

3. Classes observed must NOT be from your own section

4. After each observation, a completed Look/Listen Fors Form for that department is required.

5. Observation Look/Listen Fors Forms, when completed, will be automatically sent to the observer, observed, TAD, and the principal. 

6. Observations and completed Look/Listen Fors Forms should be completed by Thursday, December 8, 2022.

Key Guidelines

4. Do not share observational data with observed teacher until Post Ob Conference. 

5. Tripod Post Ob Conferences will be scheduled in May 2023
