Hello Patriot Families,

This message is to remind you about the orientations for fifth graders, the upcoming informational parent night and the beginning of Hybrid Learning.

Fifth Grade Orientation:

Fifth Grade Orientation for B group is Thursday (2/18) from 8:00-10:50.

Fifth Grade Orientation for A group is Friday (2/19) from 8:00-10:50.

You will receive an attestation email at 5 am each morning your child is set to attend school. Please fill this out to attest to your child’s health. The survey results are then sent to us so that we have a record. You will have the option the first time you take the survey to send the survey to a cell phone so that you can receive the questionnaire in the form of a text message.

We look forward to seeing all of our hybrid fifth graders!!!

Patriot Parent Night:

We are hosting a Patriot Parent Night for all families Tomorrow evening (2/18) from 5:00-6:00 PM.

This meeting is being held by Mr. Maloney and Mrs. Leeper as well as several additional staff members. We will have a short presentation for you and then you will have time to ask specific questions regarding Hybrid Learning. Please join the meeting using this link: Parent Night Zoom. You will need to have a Zoom account to join the meeting.

Hybrid Learning: Link to Hybrid Overview

Hybrid Learning for Group A will begin on Monday, February 22nd.

Hybrid Learning for Group B will begin on Thursday, February 25th.

In the hybrid Model:

Group A attends school on Monday and Tuesday from 8:10-12:40.

Group B attends school on Tuesday from 8:10-12:40.

Both Remote and Hybrid groups will have five classes from 8:10am-12:40pm. Students will take their specialist class (art, stem, band, PE) via Zoom on their asynchronous days. Please watch this short video to explain how the schedule is changing.

Trouble with Zoom?

Try this:

1. Go to

2. Click Sign In - Do not enter your email and password but scroll down and click Sign in with Google. This step is very important. If you use any other method it will not work.

3. If it asks which email to use, select the student who is logging in. If it take you into Zoom, you are fully logged in.

4. Go to the Zoom link provided by your teacher. This is likely in an email, in Seesaw or in Google Classroom. If you do not have the link, please email your teacher to get it.

You will need to do this login each day before going to class.
