Need to cancel? Here's our policy
Cancellations must be in writing by contacting the Convention Registration Team, no later than July 1, 2026.
There will be NO refunds of registration fees and/or lunch fees after July 1, 2026. Refunds for patches may be requested before July 1, 2026.
If you have been assigned classes, you are still responsible for paying for the class. You may find someone to take your class, pick up your kit or make arrangements to get the kit from the teacher.
