Hotel Information

Missouri Basketweavers Guild (MBG) is hosting the 35th annual convention, “If Baskets Could Talk” at the Kenneth E. Cowan Civic Center, 500 E. Elm St, Lebanon, Missouri, 65536; on July 30, 2026, through August 2, 2026. Complimentary self-parking is available.  There is no hotel at this location but there are several hotels nearby that are offering MBG rates.  

Hampton Inn (930 Ivey Lane, Lebanon, MO 65536):

Rooms are $147 per night (plus tax estimated total of $161.58). Room amenities include a small refrigerator, coffee maker and hair dryer. The hotel also offers a full hot breakfast, free parking, a fitness room, guest laundry facilities and complimentary dinner Monday through Friday betweem 5:00 pm and 7:00 pm.

Reservations must be made by July 15, 2026 to receive the discounted rate.  Be sure to identify yourself as attending the MBG Convention to receive the MBG rates. You can make your reservation by calling the hotel directly at (417) 533-3100. 

Holiday Inn Express (1955 W. Elm St, Lebanon, MO 65536): 

Room amenities include a small refrigerator and microwave. The hotel also offers a full-service breakfast, free parking, a fitness room and indoor heated pool.

Standard King $149 per night (plus tax estimated total of $165.26)

Double Queen $154 per night (plus tax estimated total of $170.81)

King Suite: $159 per night (plus tax estimated total of $176.35)

RV Parking

The fairgrounds adjacent to the Cowen Center have RV parking available.  The sites have ELECTRIC ONLY.  There is no water or dump facility available. The fee is $10 per day payable directly to the Cowen Center. Contact Stashia Porter at (417) 532-4642 to make arrangements.

Meal Options

Several food trucks will be at the facility for lunch offerings on Friday and Saturday.  There are many restaurants nearby as well.
