• June 15, 2026 - Last Day to Pay Class Fees or you will be removed from the class

• July 1, 2026 - Last Day to Cancel Registration and Patch order. Class fees are not refundable (see Cancellation Policy)

• July 3, 2026 - Last Day to Order Convention Souvenirs

• July 8, 2026 - Last day to reserve rooms at Holiday Inn Express

• July 15, 2026 - Last day to reserve rooms at Hampton Inn
