Heather’s Twill is a great basket for holding blankets, games, or whatever items you decide. The basket begins with a round woven base. Techniques include twining, triple twining, step-ups, and twill weaving. We will concentrate on shaping. Heather’s Twill is the first basket I designed and is named after my favorite niece. BTW--she knows she is my only niece. Some students may not finish the basket in class.
Prerequisite: Beneficial to know twining, triple twining, step-ups, and twill weaving
Special tools needed for class: round nose bent tip pliers, bobbins--I will have some available
