To help build community, and a little fun and sharing prior to the BIG event, we're inviting folks to participate in 3 different Edcamp GA WIRED Community Challenges. And of course, we'll offer a fabulous prize to a lucky winner of each challenge (at the closing session of Edcamp GA WIRED). Accepting submissions to be considered for prizes until Tuesday, April 14, 2020 at 5:00 PM
The Challenge: Since we're all working from home, we all have new "coworkers". Add a post to this Padlet that shares a quick account of one of your #coworkers in your new work environment. :) Feel free to use any of the creation tools (text, upload, snap, film, voice, etc) in the Padlet to share your My #coworker account. Be sure to add your name to the title of your post. Check out what others share and vote for your favorite #coworker story. A prize awaits the winner!
The Challenge: We asked Edcamp GA WIRED registrants to share ONE word they'd use to describe their experience during the school closures/distance learning. Take a look at the Word Cloud for a visual summary of the collective responses.
Now, consider this question and record a short Flipgrid video response: How might this period of distance learning prove to be a friend in disguise?
Check out what others share & like a few of your favorite replies, ideas, or reflections that you connect with. A BIG GREEN prize awaits the winner!
The Challenge: Add a picture to this Wakelet collection highlighting what you have "collected" during this period of social-distancing. Be sure to add your name to the caption or description area of the picture post so we know who's collection is whose! The most impressive collection, judged by the Edcamp GA WIRED Team, will win a prized collection!
If you're new to Wakelet, please watch this short video that takes you through the simple steps to add to our Quarantine Collection.
