運算思維是什麼?

Jeannette M. Wing是Carnegie Mellon University（卡內基梅隆大學）資工系教授，也是最早提出「運算思維」的學者之一。此文為其2006年於Communications of the ACM中發表的文章，文中開宗明義地提到「運算思維代表一個普遍適用的態度和技能，不僅僅是計算機科學家，任何人都將渴望學習和使用。」並詳細說明運算思維的內涵。
