CAMP DEPOSIT ($100) [IMPORTANT - PLEASE COMPLETE ASAP]

• If you did not give me your camp deposit at the meeting last night or pay online yet, please do so ASAP! I will submit our team numbers to camp soon.

• I will be reaching out personally this weekend to anyone who hasn't paid yet. Please message me if you need more time.

• *If we spoke last night about your daughter not attending all or part of camp, please send me a quick email so I can confirm I have it noted correctly.

PEN FORMS (MAPP Waiver) [IMPORTANT - PLEASE COMPLETE ASAP]

• This is the participation waiver for MidAmerican Pompon, the company we compete through. Even if your daughter is NOT attending camp, please complete the PEN form. They are kept on file for one full season, so filling it out now will cover camp, high kick, AND regionals/states.

• If your daughter was on the team last year, you should already have a MidAmerican account. Signing in with your existing account will save you some time.

• Please have this completed by this weekend if possible.

SPONSORSHIP/DONATION FUNDRAISER

• This is our biggest fundraiser of the year and it directly reduces your camp costs! Each girl’s goal is to raise $300, which covers camp and goes towards the rest of our season.

• How it works:

  • $50 minimum sponsorship: business or family name printed on our team shirts

• Three ways to collect:

  • Online (preferred!) - Credit card, no paper form needed, donor fills out digitally

  • Cash - turn in to me at practice with the paper sponsorship form

  • Check (made out to CMMS Pompon) - with the paper sponsorship form

• Fundraiser guide and sponsorship form are available on our team website.

• Social Media Post: look out on our social media accounts for a graphic that you can share on Facebook, Instagram, or send to family members. The more people we reach, the more likely we will meet our goal!

• I'll send a weekly update so you know exactly where you stand toward your $300 goal.

• Deadlines:

  • Sunday, May 31 - online sponsorships close

  • Tuesday, June 2 - all cash/checks due at practice

APPAREL ORDERING

• Links to order apparel are on our team website. All items (except for the team bookbag) are required for new members. Returning members must purchase the tie-dye sponsorship t-shirt and any items they do not have from last year.

• Please reach out to me if you are interested in used items at a discounted price.

• The bookbag isn't on the site yet - it will be added soon!

  • I have a few bookbags from last year available for a discounted price, please let me know if you are interested!

• At practice this week:

  • Tank top sizes will be available to try on
