Three player groups are available at Bando Fire & Ice based on age and skill level, ensuring appropriate development for each athlete.
Advanced training preparing players for high school and junior level competition. Focus on game situations, advanced skills, and elite conditioning.Â

MEET OUR COACHES
Join forces with Bando Performance Fire & Ice elite hockey athletes Nick Albano and Ross Olsson, the On-Ice Performance Directors, and elevate your skills to the next level.
DIRECTOR
Nick plays professional hockey in Europe. He has years of experience, having played in the AHL, ECHL, and Allsvenskan. He attended the Boston Bruins development camp in 2018, which helped him start his professional career. In college Nick played for UMass Boston Hockey team and earned All-American honors three times.Â
Nick co-owns Bando Performance. He loves sharing his hockey knowledge and experience to help others reach their goals and build their own careers.Â
DIRECTOR
Ross is the Head Coach at Hillside School and loves teaching and helping players grow. He played professional hockey for the Worcester Railers, and the Solar Bears, where he took on leadership roles. He also played for AHL teams like the Bridgeport Islanders and Providence Bruins. Ross Olsson's growth in hockey comes from working with top skills coaches and teams.
While in college, he became the all-time points leader at Endicott with 134 points.

By blending on-ice skills training with off-ice strength and conditioning, we aim to foster athletic excellence, instill a passion for the game, and cultivate lifelong friendships.Â
LOCATION
Boch Ice Center, in Dedham, MA is a 44,260 square foot facility. Boch Ice Center contains one professional-sized ice rink, one studio ice rink, one synthetic ice training area, and strength and conditioning facility. Located 14 miles south of Boston, directly off I-95, and five miles from the I-95 / I-93 interchange.
