“READY? SET? GOOD!” EMERGENCY PREPAREDNESS CAMPAIGN
The Baltimore Metropolitan Council (BMC) seeks qualified and experienced consultants to create, publish and promote “Ready? Set? Good!” advertisements through all types of media, including but not limited to television, radio, print, digital, social media, mobile and/or outdoor.
Proposals must be received by BMC no later than 2:00 p.m. on Friday, August 10, 2018.

ANNE ARUNDEL COUNTY MULTIMODAL CENTER STUDY
The Baltimore Metropolitan Council (BMC) seeks the services of a qualified consultant or consultant team to complete a feasibility study for the development of a multimodal transportation center for the state’s capital, Annapolis.
Proposals must be received by BMC no later than Monday, August 13, at 2 p.m.

BALTIMORE REGIONAL FAIR HOUSING ANALYSIS
The Baltimore Metropolitan Council (BMC) seeks qualified and experienced consultants to apply to assist six Baltimore-area jurisdictions and five public housing authorities (PHAs) in completing a Regional Analysis of Impediments to Fair Housing Choice (AI).
The jurisdictions and PHAs, assisted by the consultant selected through this request for proposal process, will use publicly available data from HUD and reasonably available local data to conduct the analysis in the fall of 2018 and winter of 2019. The collaboration anticipates releasing a draft AI for comment in spring 2019 and finalizing the AI in October 2019.
Proposals must be received by BMC no later than 2:00 p.m. on Tuesday, August 21, 2018.
