REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS FOR PAROLE TOWN CENTER (PTC) TRANSPORTATION MASTER PLAN
The Baltimore Metropolitan Council (BMC), on behalf of Anne Arundel County, seeks proposals from qualified firms to develop a Transportation Master Plan for the Parole Town Center (PTC). The successful consultant will analyze, forecast, model, and provide recommendations for the Parole Urban Design Concept Plan (PUDCP) update. The PUDCP master plan will guide land use and development and sets general standards for the quality of design within the county-designated Parole Growth Management Area (PGMA).

Proposals must be received by BMC no later than Thursday, March 14, 2019, by 2 p.m.
REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS FOR REGIONAL PROJECT-BASED VOUCHER PROGRAM
The Baltimore Metropolitan Council (BMC) seeks qualified and experienced developers to apply for affordable housing subsidies for new construction, substantial rehabilitation, or existing housing through the Baltimore Regional Project-Based Voucher (PBV) Program.
Proposals must be received by BMC no later than 4:00 p.m. on Friday, March 15, 2019. Successful applicants may be eligible for scoring incentives in the upcoming 2019 competitive round of Low Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) awards conducted by the Maryland Department of Housing and Community Development (DHCD).
BMC will host a pre-proposal conference for interested developers on Thursday, February 28, 2019, at 1:30 p.m.
