Preston Ade

Greetings! I am excited to be a part of the Ballard community. I have been involved in education for many years. I have been a substitute teacher in several districts and a dean assistant in a high school. In 2010, I completed my MA in Elementary Education. In 2013, I completed the K-8 Instructional Strategist endorsement followed by completing the K-12 ID/MD endorsement in 2016. I have been a 3rd grade classroom teacher, an elementary special education teacher in 2 different districts, a high school special education teacher and now a middle school special education teacher. I am an Iowa transplant and enjoy the Des Moines area and all that it has to offer for families. I am married with 3 kids, a son with special needs and twin daughters.
