Connect School Email
Enable your child to access their school email via their iPad.
5 minutes
1. Find and open Settings
2. Scroll down and Passwords & Accounts
3. Tap on Add Account in the Right Pane
4. Tap Google in the Right Pane, Tap Continue on the Pop-Up
5. Sign in: Enter your Email Address, Tap Next.
ⓘ Email examples: <studentcode>@ballaraths.net, abc0123@ballaraths.net
ⓘ You should have received an email with your student email and password.
6. Enter your Password, Tap Next. Tap Save Password so you don't have to enter it later.
7. Tap the Notes, Calendars and Contacts buttons to unselect them as we only want Mail selected, it should look like the picture to the right:
8. Tap Save in top right corner.
After saving it completes the email setup.
However there is a small customisation to complete with the School Email.
9. Tap Gmail, Tap Account.
10. Tap on Description and replace Gmail with School Email.
11. Tap Done
12. Press the home button to get back to the home screen.
13. Tap on Mail to see your emails.

- Tap Mailboxes and select School Email if you have other email accounts set up.
