“The White Tiger” by Aravind Adiga was one of the best books I've read this semester because it's fast-paced and keeps you interested throughout. This novel is based on a letter that is going to be sent to the Premier’s office in Beijing. Balram Halwai is a servant, driver, entrepreneur, and murderer. He tells us about his whole life over seven nights with unexpected twists and turns. His life is never peaceful, always complicated and chaotic. I would recommend this book to readers who enjoy the genre mystery, and letter-novel genre. This book would also be recommended because it received more than 20 reviews and all of them have been positive. It would be appropriate for ages 12+ due to the content that is included.
