The book Tales of the Greek Heroes was written by Roger Lancelyn Green. I feel like this book has more then just one genre. I think that some of the may be historical fiction because it isn't now time in the book. Another is fantasy because none of the stuff written in this book could be real and all the gods and goddesses has powers and that makes it fantasy. This book is about mythology and the greek gods and goddesses during the time period. The book included some stories about every character/god and all of the stories was different from the others. I really like this book because I like mythology and gods and historical stuff. But I would say that every person could read this book it has some fun stuff to read about.  (Dag. Grade 7)

The book Tales of the Greek Heroes by Rick Riordan is a fictional book. Within this book, many tales of different Greek gods and goddesses are told. In the book you’ll meet Poseidon, Zeus, Artemis, Aphrodite, and many more. In my opinion the book wasn’t very interesting as it had so much text and no plot twists or anything like that which didn’t get me hooked. The vocabulary on the other hand wasn’t as hard as expected but I came across several words that I hadn’t recognized before. I would recommend this book to those who enjoy reading about Greek mythology and gods/goddesses followed by a fictional genre book. But in general I wouldn’t recommend this book.  (Lilly. Grade 7)

Tales of the Greek Heroes by Roger Lancelyn Green is a compilation of stories about mythological greek heroes such as Perseus, Heracles and some other Greek gods. The stories in the book are definitely action and fantasy. Some stories are so famous that you already know them and it’s kind of boring to read them but some stories are actually good. I would recommend this book to people who are 8 years old or older and are interested in Greek or Roman mythology. I would rate it a 3 out of 5 because I don’t really like the stories in it and it was very easy to read so it gets a 1 out of 5 vocabulary rating. (Philippe. Grade 7)

"The Tale of the Greek Heroes" by Roger Lancelyn Green is a book that includes several stories from Greek Mythology such as the story of Hercules's 12 labor or the gods in Olympus. Most of the story was about 10pg long. My favorite story was "Golden Apple and the Hounded Hell" which was one of his 12 labors of him. I liked this story because the book was a packet of small stories, so you could start from the story that you want to read. I rate this book 4 out of five, and the vocabulary was not that hard.
