If you want to read this book you first have to read One of us is lying as this is book part 2/ book the sequel called One of us is lying otherwise the book won't make sense. The book is about high schoolers playing a game of truth or dare on an app made to expose each other's deep secrets, no adults know about this as something like this happened in book one which led to suicide. I would definitely recommend this book as it is very interesting and has an easy vocabulary. If you like mysteries I would recommend this book (Elsa. Grade 7)

The book one of us is next by Karen M. McManus is a mystery genre type of book. It is the second book to a sequel called One of us is Lying. I suggest you read the first book before this one to understand the plot better. This book is about a group of highschool students playing a game of truth or dare on an app that was created for a couple of high school students to expose each of their biggest secrets, including the sister of Maeve, who has graduated and was once a victim of the app which resulted in murders. The app is run by an impersonator of the creator of the app who had died and is named Simon. The book is very interesting and will get you hooked quickly.The vocabulary is somewhat easy and there is some harsh language. I would totally recommend this book to those who love mysteries like me.
