“How to Survive Your Murder” by Danielle Valentine was a pretty moderate book. Alice's life has completely fallen apart since the year of Claire's (her sister) death. She traveled back in order to uncover the truth about her sister's death. This book would be recommended for ages 11 and over due to its content inside. It would also be recommended to readers who enjoy the genre of a murder mystery. I thought the plots of this book would be great at first, but as I read them, they became less compelling. Moreover, the ending of the novel was uninteresting, and the author left a terrible hook because it made the story worse. (Ellery. Grade 8)
