I would recommend this book to anyone, maybe not to the people who don't like to read books that have swear words and a bit of romance. It’s genre fits in Realistic fiction. Daniel met Natasha on the sidewalk where she was dancing to the tune and Daniel knew from then that she was the person. From then on, Daniel and Natasha spent the day together (this book is based on a one day story) going from a coffee shop to a restaurant to a karaoke place and Natasha meeting Daniel's dad and brother, Daniel meeting Natasha's family, but in the end their friendship that was developed ended... This mostly fits into the realistic fiction genre. I think this book is good because the difficulty is not too high or too low, this book includes other characters’ POVs which is interesting to me, some parts were a bit funny also. I recommend this book for medium-low level readers like me. This book is about Natasha Kingsley and her family who have lived in New York City for nine years, she was dreaming of a better life and future plans. But those plans get cut short when they get the word that they’ll be deported back to Jamaica the next day. (Ramaputra. Grade 7)
