Demigods and Magicians is a thrilling book that finds a way to connect Percy Jackson and his Greek Gods, with the Cane siblings and their Egyptian gods. The book's storyline is full of adventure and magic, it makes you feel like a demigod and does a good job of putting you in their shoes. As they battle with Celestial Bronze and glowing hieroglyphs, the four heroes find that they have a lot in common, and more power than they ever thought possible. Rick Riordan wields his usual storytelling magic in this adrenaline-fueled adventure. I personally found the book super engaging and found it hard to put it down. Riordan’s use of imagery and description makes the book feel fully immersive. If you are interested in fictional history and adventure, this book, and the whole ‘Percy Jackson and The Greek Gods’ series are for you. (Edu. Grade 8)

This book is perfect for anyone looking for a little bit of adventure! it has an interesting story line and isn't that difficult to read. The only downside is that to fully understand this book you need to have read Rick Riordans Percy Jackson or Cane series. Its definitely not mandatory but it will definitely enhance your reading experience. (Lola. Grade 8)
