I would recommend this book, because it talks about Jacuqline who struggles in her city because she’s brown. "Brown Girl Dreaming" is a real-life situation/story based on the author, Jacquline Woodson. The book is about the things happening in her life. What I like about this book is her adventures and how brave she was. (Ellery. Grade 7)
